Holidays & Vacations: All regular full –time employees receive compensation for each observed holiday in accordance with Bethpage Federal Credit Union’s holiday schedule. Part-time employees receive compensation for holidays that fall on days they are regularly scheduled to work and are paid for the hours they are regularly scheduled to work. All regular employees are eligible to accrue vacation, sick time and personal days.

Tuition Reimbursement Program: Tuition and registration fee expenses reimbursed up to the annual IRS Cap. Amount of reimbursement is based upon final grade. Full and part – time employees are eligible for reimbursement after completing 6 months of service. Employees must work toward a work-related degree or certification.

Gym Reimbursement Program: Company will subsidize a fitness program for a maximum of $60.00 per quarter ($240.00 annually). Full and part-time employees are eligible for gym reimbursement after the completion of 6 months of service.

Weight-Loss Reimbursement Program: Company will subsidize a weight-loss program for a maximum of $60.00 per quarter ($240.00 annually). Full and part – time employees are eligible for Weight Loss Reimbursement after completion of 6 months of service.

Pet Discount Care program: Voluntary and discount pet care program which covers veterinary care, pet care services and products for full-time employees
