I have been with Bethpage for 10 years now and I couldn’t be happier. Bethpage treats all of their employees with kindness and provides every opportunity for advancement. I started as a PT teller in college and I have worked my way up the ranks and have a career for myself. Not only are there advancement opportunities, but they listen and utilize employee feedback in decisions. Plus there are so many sponsored events to help employees socialize, like paint nights and sports teams. I would definitely recommend Bethpage to anyone looking for a friendly and caring work environment.
