Can I finance a residential investment property in the name of a business entity?
Bethpage does not lend on a residential investment property that is in the name of a business entity.
Are gift funds permitted to finance a residential mortgage transaction when the subject property is an investment property?
No, Bethpage will not permit gifted funds to finance the transaction.
How can I apply for an investment property loan?
You can apply by phone by calling 855-446-0380 Monday through Friday, 8:00 am, ET to 5:30 pm, ET.

How can I lock my interest rate?
To request a rate lock, please complete the Initial Lock Request section of the rate lock form and return it to your Mortgage Loan Originator or Loan Processor. You may request the daily published interest rate during the hours of 11 AM - 5 PM, ET Monday - Friday by calling 855-446-0380.
Rate lock requests received outside of these hours will not be honored and a new request must be received during the aforementioned hours.
Rates are not guaranteed until you submit a full application and sign a rate lock agreement. Rates can only be locked after your completed loan application is received.
Is there a fee to lock my interest rate?
